Julia, who herself is a busy mom, came up with the idea to start My Poppins & Co. to be able to give other parents the support they need. Finding someone they can trust to help take care of their kids and give them peace of mind. She has brought together a team of dedicated women, each with their own role to play in ensuring that your family receives the best possible service. She has now taken on the role of Director, making sure the company keeps moving in the right direction, growing steadily and never compromising on its initial values. With over 10 years experience and a masters degree in Human Resources and Recruitment, Julia is using her skills to ensure that families are matched with the perfect nanny!
Krista has one goal, and that’s to make sure you are happy with our service. She takes her role in Customer Satisfaction seriously, talking to clients to make sure they are receiving exactly what they need, and acting as an immediate point of contact in the unlikely event that your expectations aren't met. She also lends a hand with the day-to-day running of the company.
Nina makes sure everything runs smoothly on the back end for MyPoppins & Co. Her daily tasks involve writing up legal contracts for both our nannies and clients, as well as handling all of our payments and invoices.
Suzan is our Nanny Recruitment Supervisor. She oversees the application process of each and every one of our Nannies, making sure that only the best people are trusted with your precious children. She conducts interviews, runs background checks and verifies references, putting the safety of your family above all else.
